What is laser mold cleaning
Aerospace Laser Cleaning is a veteran-owned laser cleaning job shop on the I-25 corridor in Monument, working with fabricators, machine shops, coaters and restorers in Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Peyton, Falcon, Fountain and the wider Colorado Front Range. Parts come in, are cleaned in our shop, inspected and documented, and go back.
Laser mold cleaning is a precision cleaning process used to remove residue, buildup, and contaminants from molds without damaging the surface or altering tolerances. It uses controlled laser energy to clean molds in our shop.
Laser mold cleaning uses a focused laser beam to remove carbon deposits, release agents, oils, and other residues from mold surfaces. The process targets the contamination layer while preserving the base material and maintaining dimensional accuracy.
