Our own parts, not customer work. The pairs below are photographs of laser cleaning we performed in our own shop, on parts we own. Each before and after image of the same part is cropped and exposure-corrected identically; nothing has been added to or removed from either. No customer photograph is published on this site unless the customer has approved it in writing, and controlled or proprietary parts are never shown. Results vary with material, coating and condition; every part is assessed individually.
Actual results
Coating removal · our own part
Flaking coating and baked-on soil removed from a valve cover off an International 4300. The ribs, raised lettering and sealing rail came through untouched — no media impact, no stock loss.
Same part · close range
The same cover at close range, around one bolt boss. Coating and grit are gone from the machined face and the surrounding casting, and the machining marks underneath are still crisp.
Rust removal · our own part
Surface rust taken off a small fabricated assembly. The arm, the plate and the rod all came back to bare metal, and the punched slot, the fasteners and the stepped shoulder on the rod are unchanged — no media impact, no stock loss.
